Specialised Structures delivered a new high-performance facility for Hills Automotive in Alexandra, comprising a 600m² workshop, 130m² office and amenities, and a 40m² carport, all set on a 2,366m² site. Designed for durability and efficiency, the building provides a modern operational hub for one of Central Otago’s established automotive businesses.

Built for Central Otago conditions
The facility uses New Zealand-made PIR insulated panels, enabling the workspace to maintain consistent temperatures through Alexandra’s extreme seasonal shifts. This improves year-round comfort and supports productivity across workshop operations.

The project was delivered by a dedicated Specialised Structures Project Manager and foreman, supported by skilled Breen carpenters and site staff. The finished result reflects the team’s focus on detail, structural quality and professional presentation.
