Our Purpose Is People
We’ve been in this game since 1939. We know our success is down to the quality of our people, their commitment to their craft and their incredible ability to collaborate with each other, clients and the community.
Many of our leaders today were discovered early in their carpentry career and nurtured through. Others have brought their skills to our business and continued to grow.
Our team helps to shape our future and the future of those around them. Our role is to create the opportunity for them to thrive.

Apprenticeships at Breen
The Breen Construction apprentice program is one of the strongest in this region and the industry. Working with BCITO, we recruit the best candidates from across our five regions, supporting them with countless opportunities to develop and give back to the communities where we live and work.
The career pathways at Breen Construction are diverse. Starting as a carpentry apprentice can often mean moving up through the roles on site and then into management. Many of our apprentices will take advantage of our scale to work in different towns and regions. Some apprentices may also re-train on the job to become a Quantity Surveyor or Engineer.
