Some of our favourite projects aren’t the biggest, they’re the ones that make a meaningful difference to how people enjoy their homes every day.
For this ensuite renovation, our clients wanted to create a warmer, more modern bathroom that would better suit their needs now while adding long-term value to their home. Working within the existing footprint, the goal was to maximise space without exceeding the agreed budget.
The renovation included new ventilation, fully tiled walls and floors, and a tiled walk-in shower, all carefully integrated into the existing structure. Tight spaces and existing roof penetrations required thoughtful planning, while reusing elements such as the existing doors helped keep costs reduced.
Working in an occupied home also meant respecting the clients’ privacy and routines throughout the build. Clear communication and close coordination with trusted local trades ensured the project ran smoothly from start to finish.
In the clients’ words, “This is exactly what we wanted and more.” It’s the kind of outcome that reflects not just a successful renovation, but the lasting relationships Breen builds with its clients.
